Silver Creek Unit “I” is a high-density residential and mixed-use project on a parcel that includes areas of jurisdictional wetlands. The project contains a mix of residential unit types to meet a variety of lifestyle choices and income levels, and also includes a retail / commercial center component. Many of the land planning concept elements were controlled by a previously recorded plat and historic codes, covenants, and restrictions associated with the parcel.
The project consisted of 90 acres and incorporated 800 residential units within a variety of multi-unit building types, 22,000 sf of retail and commercial space, and open space including parks, trails and designated wetlands.
